I have been a disciple of Travis since Feb. 14, 2006. He has made me virtually pain free, and when pain occasionally erupts in my 71 year-old body, he creates a series of exercises for me. I haven’t had an aspirin or any pain medication since mid-May of 2009, which when I was hit hard with some TMJ; then Travis gave me eight exercises that fix the TMJ in two days. Besides TMJ, plantar fascitis, heel spurs, shoulder, knee, back, hip and neck pain exercises, he has a series exercises that will tackle headaches, too.
But it is not a quick fix; instead you have to spend about 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day doing the exercises. Eventually, however, you will feel better than you have felt in your entire adult life.

No one understand the importance of body balance, mobility and muscle strength better than Travis. If you are having chronic pain or dysfunction, he is the person to see.Mark Breault D.C
“I first learned about Travis Perret and his Egoscue methods of non-medicinal pain relief in 2009, when In-Fisherman Field Editor Ned Kehde informed me how Travis had helped him to fish pain-free for the first time in years. Ned eventually wrote a feature article on Travis’ methods for the 2011 In-Fsherman Bass Guide.Steve Quinn
In the process, I contacted Travis about some shoulder problems that had plagued me. Over the internet and phone, and by viewing photographs, he prescribed a series of exercises that alleviated these physical issues within months. Since then, he has provided additional sets of exercises to deal with other physical woes, including TMJ, wrist pain, and hip problems.
In all cases, his methods have proved successful, completely alleviating or greatly lessening any discomfort. The result has been easier and more comfortable days on the water. Moreover, he is very astute at understanding the complex movements and relationships among body parts. His exercises have not only meant pain-free and comfortable fishing, but also improved my overall posture greatly.”

I first learned about Travis Perret from an In-Fisherman article I read. The concept of preventing pain through postural alignment exercises intrigued me. The Elite Series tournaments are demanding on our bodies. The pounding of the waves, standing on the trolling motor and making thousands of repetitive cast create wear and tear on our bodies. Travis’ techniques help to prevent the breaking down of my joints. Which no doubt makes me feel better. If you are having chronic pain or need work on your posture you need to call him.Brent Chapman

I was diagnosed with tendonitis in Sept 2011. After many orthopedic visits, 2 steroid injections, numerous physical therapy sessions and a month of occupational therapy I finally went to Travis. I was wearing a wrist brace 24 hours a day seven days a week. I had to take 12 ibuprofen a day. After 2 sessions with Travis my pain subsided substantially. Now, I rarely take ibuprofen and only wear my wrist brace at work.Jane Chandler
I walk for exercise and the real eye opener for me was how differently I am walking. My posture has improved drastically and I walk with my shoulders back. Before I was always leaning forward as if I was walking uphill.
I was extremely skeptical when I first saw Travis but the results speak for themselves.

After an MRI my orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with Osteoarthritis. He told me I would need a knee replacement. My knee pain was so bad I was using crutches to walk around the house and taking four and sometimes more Vicodin a day. Then I found Travis who started me on my posture realignment therapy and immediately my pain was much better. So much betterJerry Chandler
thatjust a few weeks after starting the program I was able to walk up a ladder and onto my roof without pain.
I went from a very limited life because of knee pain to now full mobility and function. I was a bit of a skeptic at first but now I’m a believer. I would recommend Travis and his program if you’re having pain.

I am a 73 year old vegan who walks 3 miles a day. I thought I was doing a decent job of stretching and exercising. Due to a conversation with a friend, I contacted Travis Perret to see what he thought of my routine.Jim Kraemer
I live in London Kentucky and he in Kansas City. I sent him 3 pictures and he came back with a series of suggestions. As the months passed and I kept to his program, I noticed a definite improvement in parts of my body that I thought were beyond repair due to age.
I no longer twist my ankle like I used to, I can drive a car for extended periods of time without pain in my right knee and I do not have pain the next day after over doing it the day before.
One of the keys to his work is the ability to communicate. All of the help has come via the phone and email. When I did not understand what he wanted, there was always a explanation and reason why it was necessary. A number of times a new program would bring on pain. He explained either what I was doing wrong or it was part of the process to improve the situation.
I first came to see you in mid-June. At the time there was aJ. Downing
lotsoreness in my left shoulder related to surgery the previous January. I also had severe sciatica in my right leg which had been bothering me since the fall. It was so bad that I often could not walk further than a city block without resting (two disks in the lumbar region were protruding into the spinal column).
Three months later the pain is completely gone in the shoulder and the right hip/leg. I am walking two miles every day and am able to use the left arm normally.
The change between June and
now wasfollowing the routine of exercises and stretches you prescribed. Really quite a remarkable recovery and I feel better generally and younger and also feel taller (??) So…many thanks. I am looking forward to using the third set of exercises you just sent me!
I would be happy to refer you to a friend. Indeed, I already have. The folks I encouraged are skeptical about the long distance relationship, but I can’t see that that is a problem. The instructions you sent are clear and easy to follow and obviously are having a positive impact. I think of your program as “whole body therapy” and
it ismuch more effective than the the therapyI was getting the local clinic that only addressed a specific problem.
So, again, thanks!!
You have helped me tremendously! When I started, I really didn’t think ANYTHING would help my knee, except surgery, which my doctor was recommending. The pain in my right knee was excruciating! Walking even from room to room in our home was a major undertaking. Going on a vacation was an impossibility. I really felt I had no choice but to schedule surgery.Sharon Bruning
I happened to hear about Travis through a friend. I called and scheduled an appointment really not thinking it would help, but I felt I had nothing to lose. I did my exercises religiously and to my
amazementI stared being able to walk with no pain.
Travis has proved to me that he really cares and I the love programs he gives me. I would recommend it to any that want to live without pain!
I was told by three different doctors that I would have to give up golf and bowling due to the herniation in my back. I was told to take up less strenuous sports. I called up Travis two weeks before my surgery and ask if he could help. After starting the program within five weeks I was back to golf and bowling.Kathy L.
I have avoided the surgery and have been
pain freefor almost 12 years now. I can golf, bowl, work in the yard, water ski and in all honesty there isn’t anything I feel I can’t do. When I was young I always felt limited because of my back. NoI do not hesitate and I’m loving life!
I feel Travis program is the perfect way to help those with pain. It helped me after two or threeMichele Clark
sessions, when nothing else did. When I first came to Travis I was having back pain every day; now I hardly ever have pain!
After Travis’ program my knees felt better than they had in 10 years. I was having to wear a knee braces on both knees daily. Just walking up stairs hurt them. From improving my posture I have helped my knees feel better. I would strongly recommend Travis to anyone with pain.Ron Hartley

pain free. I am now able to turn through my golf swing, which I have not been able to do in five years. I see Travis every four or five months for new exercises.
Yes, I agree the exercises work with the commitment from the client.Leslie
I can honestly say it’s working.
