You don’t have to live with constant pain. One of the first steps to relief is to focus on the problem, not the symptom. Pain medications, injections, and surgery all focus on relieving chronic pain symptoms while ignoring the actual problem underneath. Exercise therapy provides a new way of pain relief other than medical treatments.
It is time to get back to the life you want to live. Get back to playing golf, tennis, and working in the garden, and playing with your grandkids with the aid of exercise therapy.
In our clinic, we use detailed postural assessments and gait analysis to determine your specific muscle imbalances and improper joint movement. We sit down and dig into your history and the history of your issues and break down what is causing the pain. We will take before and after postural photos so you can see the improvement and success of our sessions.
As we work with you, we will design an exercise program specific to your imbalances and issues that we coach you to do in the comfort of your own home. We show you how to do them here in the clinic, so you can take them home and do them correctly.
We will meet with you for weekly sessions, alternating between private coaching sessions and coaching classes, ensuring that you are learning and bettering yourself with our guidance.
