Lie on your back with your knees at 90 degrees and arms at 45 degrees. Relax your stomach and legs. Lay like this for 5 minutes.
Put hands together as in picture. Then move your hands, while clasped together, to the floor above your head. Keep your elbows straight. Do this 20 times.
Place a pillow between your knees. Make sure it is firm enough to create resistance. Then squeeze your knees together but keep your belly relaxed. Be sure the block is thick enough to keep your knee at hip width when squeezing. Do 40 times.
