During the one on one in clinic program your first session will consist of a thorough evaluation of your posture and gait, and a review of your medical history and lifestyle. The evaluation, postural and gait analysis will help us determine what exercises you need to decrease your compensations and fix your pains.

In both programs it is important you do your exercises every day. Persistency and consistency is what will transform your life. Depending on the severity of your issues, you will come in for a follow up appointment every week to two weeks. It is important to have a touch point to change your exercises frequently, so that your body doesn’t plateau. These exercise are low demand, and very specific to your body and your issues. We can prevent plateauing and keep up the progression by changing the routine consistently.
